**Responsibilities**:
- Create exceptional Guests experiences
- Provide and maintain a safe, happy and productive work environment
- Work, health and safety management
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
**About You**:
- Approved Manager
- Great Availability (AM and PM services)
- Strong understanding of Liquor Act and WA legislations
- Restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Positive team player, responsible, organized, and self-motivated
- Patient, proactive, and ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and eager for knowledge, wanting to develop hotel/hospitality career
