Cash Desk Shift Manager
Full Time Position
We are currently seeking a customer focused individual, with a consistently high level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail to join our team as a Cash Desk Shift Manager.
Cards on the table – The role
As Cash Desk Shift Manager, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Cash Desk. The position requires skill and integrity in handling and managing a wide variety of financial transactions for casino guests and exercising confidentiality with personal information.

A perfect pair - Who are we looking for?
• Experience working in casinos
• Experience working in the cash desk would be advantageous
• Must be available to work on a rotating roster or varying shifts each week/month including days (incorporating soft count), nights and weekend
• Good communication skills, to express information, thoughts and ideas in a clear and appropriate manner.
• Ability to remain effective under pressure whilst managing competing priorities
• A consistently high level of accuracy
• Assist with the development of operational requirements for staffing levels on a day-to-day basis
• Assist in the control of the Casino's flow of cash and chips
• Ensure all duties are performed in strict compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including the company's compliance and anti-money laundering program
Keeping it above board - Eligibility criteria
Due to the nature of our business, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the right to work in Australia. You must also be eligible to obtain a Casino Employee Licence from the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission. For further details visit
