Role
The relevant role is a Design Manager position based primarily from an office location in Docklands and will involve:
* Coordinate and manage the design process of projects
* Engage and manage external consultants and relevant stakeholders
* Develop construction management plans
* Identify and mitigate any potential design risks
* Ensure design and buildability of project align with scope
Requirements
* Relevant Architectural tertiary qualification
* Design Manager experience for a commercial contractor
* 5+ years of experience for an Architectural practice
* Project Coordinator contractor experience with Design/Architecture background/degree
* Previous Industrial experience heavily favorable
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Unlimited Australian working rights
