We are seeking an experienced, conscientious and customer focused person to join our team.
**Job Description**:
Develop and review policies, programs, and procedures concerning client relations and cleaning/maintenance services.
Ensure that policies and procedures are aligned with customer needs and industry best practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide direction and feedback to service agents, guiding them in delivering excellent customer service.
Assist with recruitment efforts by identifying talent, conducting interviews, and participating in the selection process to build a skilled andcustomer-focused team.
Manage, motivate, and develop client service staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting excellence in customer service delivery.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and capabilities inserving customers effectively.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback, assess service performance, and make necessary improvements to enhance customer experience.
Liaise with service agents, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations effectively.
Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure seamless deliveryof cleaning and maintenance service
Qualification and Experience:
At least Diploma Qualification
Minimum 5 years' experience as a customer service manager in the cleaning industry
Advanced knowledge of the cleaning solutions and cleaning chemical
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
The remuneration for this role will consist of salary package between AUD 80,000 - AUD 90,000 + Super as per Australian government guidelines
