Role : Adobe Experience Manager - Senior Developer
Experience : 6+ Years
Location : Melbourne
Essential Criteria :
* Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in AEM development (Sites, Assets, Workflows).
* Hands-on Vibe Code is added advantage.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong proficiency in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, Sightly/HTL, and RESTful APIs.
* Experience with front-end technologies: Angular, React,, and integration with AEM.
* Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools: Analytics, Target, Campaign, Marketo, Magento.
* Exposure to cloud hosting models and data residency requirements (e.g., GCP, AWS).
* Experience in building scalable, multi-tenant solutions for global clients.
* Adobe certification preferred (AEC, AEM Architect, Developer).
Key Responsibilities :
* Lead the development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
* Architect and implement headless, hybrid, and traditional CMS solutions using AEM Sites and Assets
* Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and Magento Commerce for end-to-end digital experience delivery.
* Collaborate with UX designers, content strategists, and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.
* Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
* Participate in architectural reviews and provide technical leadership to junior developers.
* Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments on cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
