McIntosh & Son, Dalbyare seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter / Salesperson to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person with an eye for detail, who is friendly, systematic and driven by achieving results to support our fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
* Analyse existing/potential customer parts needs
* Provide accurate information and advice to customers and internal staff
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Participate in stocktakes
About you
* A supportive team player with a can-do attitude
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
* Proven ability to build professional relationships with clients and seek new parts sales opportunities
* Proficient in parts interpreting and business ordering software
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
* Ability to interpret a technical diagram
* While familiarity with agricultural machinery or a similar role is desirable, a fast learner with enthusiasm for teamwork and customer satisfaction will be looked upon favourably
