Plant Operator Labourer – Works & Services
Level 2 – $90,****** per annum ($***** per hour) including $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance + 12% Superannuation
Full-Time | Permanent – 76 Hours Fortnight Roster
The Role
This role is instrumental in delivering maintenance services across the town, handling road maintenance, drainage, and other essential infrastructure projects.
You will safely operate and maintain a range of plant equipment, which may include graders, loaders, and skid steers – while ensuring all gear, including personal protective equipment, is used correctly in line with manufacturer instructions and our internal safety procedures.
This position offers a unique blend of plant operation and labouring, making it ideal for hardworking team players who thrive on variety in their workday.

Current HR Class Driver's Licence
