Overview
We are working with our global Oil and Gas EPCI located in West Perth, recruiting for a Human Resources Officer to join them on an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
* Ensure consistent application of the HR methodology system.
* Assist with visa processing and fulfilment of all management and administration obligations preparatory to the repatriation of personnel, including immigration obligations (visas etc.).
* Assist with training and development programs.
* Ensure the uploading of information to company IT systems and guarantee the correctness and availability of data regarding resources.
* Process the standard hourly rates for personnel.
* Elaborate the personnel hourly standard rates.
* Provide general HR support to the project.
* Receival, review and storage of training records.
* Maintenance and reporting of training records.
* Training status monitoring and compliance.
* Supply recruiting and search services according to the Management requirements and in line with the HR planning.
* Support line managers for the organization of internal training courses to facilitate the transfer of company know-how.
* Provide HR reporting.
* Ensure the fulfilment of all obligations and disclosures required by law with external bodies, including relations with them, and in the event of inspections on work-related issues.
* Ensure consistent application of guidelines, policies and procedures related to human resources.
* Optimize the distribution of human resources according to business development (HR planning and scheduling).
* Support and assist resources and department managers in the correct management of workplace relations (working hours, trade unions and contract rights, pay, etc.).
Qualifications
* 4+ years in a similar HR Administrator role
* Qualification in Human Resources Management (Diploma or Bachelor)
* Experience working in a project environment
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems and tools
