Key Responsibilities
* Front reception: welcoming guests, handling enquiries, answering phones, and providing a professional first impression.
* General administration: filing, data entry, balancing, reporting, and day to day office duties.
* Support to the General Manager: assisting with administration tasks, confidential matters, and ad hoc projects.
* Marketing: executing initiatives, promoting the loyalty program, updating digital channels, and assisting with campaigns.
* Financial tasks: Working closely with the accounts officer, balancing Wednesday - Sunday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Confidentiality: strictly maintaining discretion with all information, including financials, member data, and management matters.
* Ad hoc responsibilities as directed, requiring initiative and flexibility.
