Pincho Disco is a high-energy, premium Latin-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Collingwood part of the dynamic Kickon Group. We're on the hunt for a passionate, hands-on Chef De Partie to help lead our fast-paced kitchen, working alongside a talented team and a respected Head Chef delivering bold, creative dishes and unforgettable experiences.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing and executing dishes to the highest standard across your section.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety standards.
* Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver seasonal menus and specials.
* Assisting in the training and development of apprentices and kitchen hands.
* Monitoring stock levels and minimising wastage.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
* A passion for fresh, seasonal produce and modern dining.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Team-focused with great communication skills.
