The Position
Our service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for clients. As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will work with Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory patients in home care and NDIS settings. Your responsibilities include:
* Conducting assessments and creating tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients at home
* Collaborating with other health professionals for multidisciplinary care
* Educating clients and families to promote healthy living
* Liaising with service providers for effective communication
* Working autonomously to prioritize tasks, maintain records, and prepare reports
You will receive support from our home care team to schedule appointments and plan routes.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone passionate about making a difference. You should have an enthusiastic, proactive attitude, be outcome-focused, and committed to providing exceptional service. You must have:
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
* Registration with AHPRA
* Police Check Clearance
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong time-management and attention to detail
