About the role
THEE Group, a energetic and multidisciplinary service provider operating across QLD and NSW, is on the lookout for a Resource Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Administration and Human Resources Manager, this role is critical in strategically deploying skilled labour across a wide range of projects, with a strong focus on construction. You'll be responsible for workforce planning, client engagement, recruitment coordination, and compliance tracking, ensuring seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Working closely with our Operations Superintendents, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple industries to understand and fulfill workforce needs.
- Coordinate end-to-end deployment of labour resources across various projects and locations.
- Maintain clear understanding of personnel skill sets to ensure optimal talent utilisation.
- Match the right people to the right jobs and ensure workforce readiness.
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings for casual employees in alignment with project timelines and fatigue management policies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with preferred suppliers to ensure reliable service and competitive rates.
- Provide support in staff mobilisation, job acceptance, and onboarding queries.
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a combination of operational experience, industry knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. You thrive under pressure, plan ahead, and are passionate about people and performance.
You must have:
- Driver’s licence
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- RIW/RSW Card
- Strong understanding of rail construction and maintenance
- Network-specific inductions and competencies (Aurizon, ARTC, QR, JHR CRN)
- Mandatory skills: strong leadership and management skills; excellent time management skills; robust capacity to work autonomously; strong planning skills; sound computer skills (Office suite, Assignar & MYOB); ability to identify and resolve problems; strong communication skills
Key skills and experience
- At least 2 years experience in labour coordination, resourcing or recruitment
- Strong leadership, time management and planning capabilities
- Confidence working autonomously and making decisions under pressure
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, Assignar and MYOB)
- Clear and confident communication style
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing internal teams and client relationships
