**The Position**
In the role of Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet clients in the office
- Admin support to the Sales and Property Management teams
- Maintain the office day to day, organise meeting rooms and maintain supplies
- Social media management and advertising properties online
- Booking in appointments and ad hoc support to the Directors

- Previous administrative/office experience - real estate experience ideal, though not essential!
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration (or you will be willing to obtain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation is a must
- Outstanding customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to juggle tasks and prioritise a workload
- A team player with a 'can-do' attitude
