Recruit Personnel is partnering with a respected allied health provider in the Newcastle area to source a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a purpose-driven organisation where OTs, Psychologists, and Allied Health professionals collaborate to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients of all ages. Services are offered across office, home, and school settings, including individual therapy, group programs, behavioural support, and outreach.
In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support clients in improving their functional abilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and one day per week will be dedicated to home visits, bringing support directly to clients in their own environments.

Essential Criteria:
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current registration with AHPRA
Minimum 2 years’ experience, including community-based work and NDIS service delivery
Passion for helping individuals achieve independence and quality of life
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Current Working with Children Check and national criminal check
Full driver’s licence and vehicle
