About the Role As part of the MSH ESM Outpatient Team within the Primary Care Partnerships Unit, you will support the build, maintenance and quality management of the Oracle Health Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM) system across Outpatient Services. In this role, you will: * Build and modify outpatient clinics within Oracle Health ESM * Provide Tier 1 system support and troubleshoot scheduling issues * Monitor and action ServiceNow requests, escalating where required * Perform routine and ad hoc data quality audits and facility reviews * Maintain documentation including Data Collection Workbooks * Support ESM security management and user access auditing * Assist with outpatient reporting requirements and statutory data collections About You You are detail-oriented, technically capable and thrive in structured systems environments. You will bring: * Experience (or ability to quickly learn) Oracle Health ESM database build * Strong attention to detail and data quality focus * Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines * Experience responding to system support requests and troubleshooting issues * Understanding of outpatient scheduling workflows (highly regarded) * Knowledge of statutory reporting such as QHNAPDC/SODC (desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential) * Experience with HBCIS and ServiceNow will be highly regarded. About the MSH ESM Outpatient Team The MSH ESM Team are part of the Primary Care Partnerships Unit, situated at Eight Mile Plains. This team provides support for all the MSH facilities for the outpatient scheduling system. This support includes front-end user support via phone or remote access, clinical build and de-build, outpatient data provision, data quality audits and advocacy for MSH requirements in the state-wide ESM forum.
