Site Supervisor Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our construction sites.

This role requires 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites. You will work closely with our project managers and tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will be expected to:
* Safety Management: Assess and manage safety hazards on site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel
* Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
* Quality Control: Deliver high-quality results and maintain a strong trade base by ensuring that all work is done to a high standard
