The Opportunity
Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator to join the CESL Health and Safety Team in an exciting ongoing fulltime opportunity reporting to the Health and Safety Manager. The position is an integral part of the Health and Safety Team at CESL working collegially to foster a proactive safety culture across our diverse communities.
About The CESL Office
The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across seven key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students with office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

About You
You will have:
* Strong OHS generalist knowledge and experience, particularly working in geographically spread organisations
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide support and advice to multiple clients
* Great interpersonal skills with demonstrated high-quality written and oral communication skills
* The ability to juggle competing demands and prioritise effectively
