Full time Senior Property Manager role commencing Immediately for 3 weeks – scope for ongoing work- Certificate of Registration & experience ESSENTIAL - $48ph + Super + Mileage.
Our Client:
This company leads the Eastern Suburbs real estate field and they are known for their strong results & great team environment. They are seeking a confident and experienced Senior Property to the team on a temporary basis for 3 weeks.
The Role:
* Monday to Friday role
* Managing a portfolio of 250 properties with an assistant
* Lease renewals and rent reviews
* Manage repairs and maintenance requests
* Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases
* Arrears management
* Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections
The Candidate:
* Certificate of Registration is a MUST
* 3 years Property management experience essential
* Impeccable personal presentation
* Strong attention to detail
* A clean driver’s license and reliable car
* Knowledge of PropertyTree highly desirable
