Hargreaves Design Group is a well-established, award winning building design practice located in well appointed up-to-date offices. We offer architectural design services for all forms of residential, industrial and commercial developments.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Revit Designer/Documenter to join our dynamic Pakenham or Ringwood East office and work with our team of professionals.
You will preferably have at least five years local experience in residential projects as well as commercial experience.
The successful candidate will ideally possess:
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in building design, architecture or equivalent;
Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia & Relevant Australian Standards
Competence liaising with clients, consultants and Councils;
A strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines;
Exceptional organisational skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
The ability to conduct client meetings & on site measures
Solid knowledge of Revit software (ie. you\'ve used it in a previous role)
