Ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded
Uphold exemplary standards of conduct and safety
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Proficiency in hotel systems and revenue management
Strong communication and influencing skills
Strategic and tactical mindset
Ability to work independently and lead others
