Responsibilities
Develop and deliver solutions to selected social and foodservice customers through kitchen training, product demonstrations, and menu analysis.
Own the district: retain key customers, ensure relevance to their needs, and proactively attract new customers.
Create inspiring and commercially strong concepts in close collaboration with customers and UFS' product development chef.
Plan and host smaller trade shows, customer workshops, and product demonstrations in the kitchen.
Support menu development, dishes, and recipes that align with customer requirements and sustainability goals.
Qualifications
Customer-centric approach with proven ability to build trust.
Positive, solution-oriented, proactive and creative mindset.
Resilience and perseverance in delivering results.
High culinary standards and preferably a professional cooking background.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, public-sector kitchens, and the foodservice industry.
Strong numerical sense, IT skills, especially MS Office.
Sales skills and ability to create value for the customer.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Fluent in Danish and able to communicate in English; English is the business language.
Familiarity with the public sector and procurement processes.
