They are seeking a skilled risk professional to support enterprise-wide risk initiatives, strengthen governance frameworks, and contribute to system enhancements. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse business units, engage with key stakeholders, and maintain robust risk profiles in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with various business units to identify and manage business risks;
* Facilitate risk workshops and support mitigation planning;
* Maintain and update risk profiles across operations;
* Promote a strong risk culture and framework adoption;
* Prepare risk reports for senior stakeholders;
* Support GRC system enhancements and data accuracy; AND
* Assist with ad-hoc risk projects and initiatives.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in operational risk or assurance within large, complex organisations; ideally from a funds management background;
* Strong understanding of risk profiling and controls assessment;
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels;
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning;
* High attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities; AND
* Exceptional communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills is a must.
