By connecting with leadership and teams across the whole practice, our diverse People & Culture team helps curate our people's experience at Hassell with a focus on learning, development, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion
**About the role**
We are looking for a talented People & Culture Business Partner or People & Culture Advisor to join our team and help lead the people agenda in how our Practice acquires, develops, and maximises our talent - undoubtedly our greatest asset.
Our People and Culture team is passionate about creating engaging people experiences. Working under the direction of our People and Culture Leader in Australia, you will confidently provide fully integrated HR advice and services and support the People & Culture team for the Australian region.
This is an amazing opportunity for an established HR practitioner to join a firm that offers a global brand, a passionate and inspiring leadership team.
The position is offered on a 12 month fixed term basis.
**About you**
You will have at least two years' experience providing generalist HR consultancy services on all people-related matters including employee relations, performance and talent management, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR administration.
Ideally, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields, as well as solid hands-on HR experience with a strong focus on achieving quality people outcomes. You will thrive on working autonomously as well as part of a team and enjoy a role that offers a variety of strategic and operational HR components.
You will have a genuine passion for making a difference and influencing culture and be able to adapt and change with energy and enthusiasm. An exceptional ability to communicate across all levels of the Practice will see you build strong working relationships across our Australian studios and the global People & Culture team.
You are highly organised and a good communicator with strong attention to detail. You are able to meet tight timeframes, work under pressure, prioritise and multi-task, and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
