About the Role
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hawthorn East. The Head of Commercial will build and oversee all commercial modelling and reporting for Brand Partners, Retailer Partners, and Ranged Retail, ensuring the integrity of key reporting files and validating assumptions.
About Your Qualifications
* Retail or FMCG Finance Experience (5+ years) – Essential
* Category Management Experience in Retail – Preferred
* Advanced Excel Skills – Essential
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
About You
We seek an energetic and ambitious Consumer Goods expert to lead a central function that streamlines commercial build, reporting, and monthly review processes across the Ranged Retail team. The ideal candidate will:
* Possess exceptional Excel skills (Power BI proficiency is a plus)
* Be highly analytical with great attention to detail
* Exhibit strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
