About Monash Health Community
We are operationally responsible for working with clients of all ages, within their communities, by providing a continuum of healthcare services. We work closely with other programs to identify and connect clients with appropriate services; avoiding hospital presentations and enabling clients to live their best lives in their communities.
We provide services that support clients in their homes, community-based facilities, and dedicated Health Centres. Our aim is to empower and prepare clients to self-manage their health and healthcare. Working across the aged spectrum, we provide a continuum of care, supporting clients through all stages of non-acute care from prevention through to rehabilitation.
About The Role
This role provides administrative and secretarial support to the Unit Director, Adult Hospital in the Home. This is a highly visible and respected customer service role which significantly contributes to ensuring that our program runs smoothly. This position is responsible for providing high-level confidential support and will interact with a wide range of key stakeholders.
About You
You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of administrative support to your key stakeholders. You will demonstrate previous experience working as an Executive, Personal, or administrative assistant at Executive level, extensive administrative experience in a healthcare setting, excellent customer service skills, and a high standard of both written and verbal communication skills.

* Australian working rights.
* Superior IT literacy and writing skills.
* Full Australian car driver's license.
