Typical day
What does a typical day look like in a Shop?
In your 4-hour shift (or more if you like) you'll be doing a variety of tasks like:
* Welcoming and engaging customers
* Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments
* Sorting and pricing donations
* Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers
* Keeping the shop clean and tidy
* Following all shop processes

* We'll have a friendly interview in store and ask you a few questions; you can ask us questions too
* You must be at least 15 years of age (QLD you must be 16)
* Completing a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross)
* You will also be required to complete an induction into our organisation and Retail program
