About the Role This full-time, fixed-term position until June 2026 is based across multiple locations within the Primary Care and Support Team. As a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist, you will use your expertise to conduct client assessments and interventions independently, incorporating remedial, compensatory, educational, and preventative strategies to achieve optimal evidence-based consumer care and support consumer health and wellbeing through occupation and consideration of the person and their environment. You will also contribute to the development of strong, evidence-based practice within the Primary Care Support Program and the broader Community Assessment Response Team (CART). Our multidisciplinary team consists of Allied Health Assistants, Care Coordinators, Community Development Workers, Counsellors, Diabetes Nurse Educators, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Leisure & Lifestyle Assistants, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Recreational Therapists, Social Workers, and Podiatrists.
