We have an exciting opportunity for a sales focussed customer centric team leader to join us as a **Assistant Store Manager**.
As a **Assistant Store Manager** at Barbeques Galore, your role will see you:
- Provide leadership and inspiration to your team through effective coaching and training
- Ensure all customers are provided with a high level of service, product knowledge, and after sales support
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Produce high standards of store presentation and merchandising
- Control expenses and store profitability
- Maintain stock management/Inventory control
- Work a two-week rotating roster with some weekend and evening work
To be successful in this position, you will:
- Have previous experience in a retail management environment
- Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Have a highly driven, self-motivated approach
- Strong selling and communication skills
- High attention to detail and well organised
- Have a passion for delivering great customer service and producing great store results
