An prospect exists for a Workforce Capability Officer to coordinate and deliver non-clinical learning and employee development and engagement activities of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service to enable the provision of timely and effective services which meets organisational requirements, increases organisational effectiveness, increases Employee Engagement, enhances employee skills and capabilities and fosters a supportive and educated workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the design, development, coordination, promotion and actively deliver a range of innovative employee developmental activities across the Health Service.
- Facilitate a range of Workforce workshops, training programs and seminars.
- Produce eLearning programs including online materials and supporting documents.
- Provide end-user support and training to all SCHHS employees, contractors, students and volunteers on the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) including user registration and troubleshooting as required.
