Job Title: Regional Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (RFDRP)

About the Role
This position involves providing high-quality and inclusive Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) services to families experiencing separation or divorce. As a Regional Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (RFDRP), you will assist families in developing and implementing child-focused parenting and/or property agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide FDR services to families, including assessments, information, referral, and support.
* Develop and implement child-focused parenting and/or property agreements.
* Work with individuals, families, and other professionals to strengthen relationships and support families through separation.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant legislative requirements, including family law, family violence, child support, and child protection.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications relevant to community welfare practice, such as social work, psychology, or social science.
* Accredited and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General's Department.
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays required.
