Main duties and responsibilities
Our team is cross-skilled to ensure the LDC has the flexibility to adjust to variations in demand. Responsibilities will depend on the assignment and may involve work connected to one or more of the following:
* Disclosure reviews
* Contract drafting and negotiation
* Real Estate activity and support
About you
* You will have completed or nearly completed a law degree (or non-law degree plus law conversion qualification) and will be available for full time, or near full time, work. Alternatively, you will have at least 2 years' experience as a Paralegal.
* Your academic record will support you being a quick learner and committed to excellence.
* You will be a naturally supportive and committed team player who thrives in dynamic, high calibre environment.
* Communication skills and attention to detail will be strong attributes, as will a flexibility to adapt to different activities.
