About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business that values its employees and provides a supportive work environment. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with stock reception, ensuring products are unpacked and allocated efficiently.

* Customer Service: You will be the face of our brand, providing friendly and efficient service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Stock Management: You will be responsible for receiving and processing stock deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring all products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
* Sales and Merchandising: You will contribute to driving sales growth by identifying opportunities to promote our products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and effectively communicating with customers about new releases and promotions.
* Teamwork and Communication: You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide constructive feedback, and actively participate in store meetings and training sessions.
