We are a full project life cycle delivery company incorporating the development, project execution and ongoing operations phases of each project.
Responsibilities
* Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly outsourced payrolls
* Ad hoc administration projects as required
* Participate in internal / external audits as required
* Perform general ledger reconciliations of payroll clearing accounts as required
* Make changes to employee payroll data in accordance with policy and procedure in a timely manner
* Handle payroll queries in a timely fashion in accordance with SLA's
* Continuous improvement of procedures and systems
* Calculate third party payments
* Assist with end of month
Qualifications
* 3+ years payroll experience
* Excel - intermediate skills
* Experience delivering end to end payroll
* Experience interpreting EBA's / ECA's
* Attention to detail
* Organisational skills
* Preceda experience desirable
