FEMALE Disability Support Worker: IMMEDIATE START
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable support worker to join our team and provide person-centred care to clients with disabilities. This role involves assisting with daily living tasks, promoting community participation, and supporting clients in achieving their goals, as well as providing employment support. Immediate start available.
Employment Type ( Casual)
* Minimum 25 hours per week

Essential Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate III or higher in Individual Support
* Minimum 2 years' professional experience in the healthcare or disability sector
* Experience in emergency or critical care settings is highly regarded
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid & CPR
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualised support in line with participant care plans
* Support daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance
* Managing unpredictable situations where participants may display challenging behaviour
* Supporting and assisting participants with daily living activities, including transportation and community participation
* Working collaboratively with treating teams, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Availability to work Monday to Friday
