We currently have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a **Supplier Development Manager **to join our team in Bridsbane
Reporting to the **ANZ Procurement Director,** you will be the leader of supplier development activities (critical suppliers, ramp-up & capacity, supplier maturity) and ensure the global strategy is deployed across Australia and New Zealand.
**Main responsibilities for the role will be as followed but not limited to**:
- Lead the Supplier Ramp-Up program for the latest project in the region
- Drive activities linked to localization and transfer of technology
- Ensure cost reduction opportunities are collected and materialized through the supplier development team
- Be the interface with the regional Supplier Development leader when it comes to suppliers delivering outside the region
- Build, Coach and Animate the Supplier Development Network
- Organize feedback - feedforward as part of the Global Supplier Development Management Team
- Contribute to the evolution of the overall strategy
- Be the point of contact for the regional stakeholders
**To be successful in the role you will**:
- Completed a tertiary qualification in the function of Procurement or similar
- Proven track report of managing multiple suppliers across regions
- Experience in leading the Supplier Development deployment strategy for projects with new supplier ramp up to supplier maturity
- Experience working in the the Manufacturing, Automotive or Rail industry is highly desirable
This is a permanent position based from our Brisbane offices in Milton and will work with many stakeholders across ANZ.
