Job Title: Classroom Support Assistant
Our elementary school is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Classroom Support Assistant to support our teacher with instructional activities in a dynamic classroom setting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to adapt to diverse classroom needs, and familiarity with elementary classroom routines and management strategies.
* Support the classroom teacher with instructional planning and implementation
* Provide individualized student support as directed by the teacher
* Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess periods
* Prepare and maintain instructional materials and classroom resources
* Monitor student behavior and communicate effectively with the teacher about student progress and concerns
