About The Role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join the Clinical Information team at Manning Base Hospital. This team plays a vital role in ensuring patient information is accurately digitised and maintained, supporting safe, high-quality care across the hospital. In this role, you will be part of a supportive team responsible for scanning and maintaining patient documentation within the Digital Medical Record (DMR). You will also assist with general administrative and customer service tasks to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
In This Role, You Will
* Accurately scan and process patient documentation into the DMR
* Contribute to a range of administrative and customer service duties
* Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling patient information
* Work as part of a roster that may include weekdays and weekends
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure service delivery meets operational needs

You are a reliable and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and understands the importance of confidentiality in a healthcare setting. You are flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
