The successful candidate will be enrolled into the Training, Education and Assessment Program (TEAP) through the Australasian College of Physical Scientists and Engineers in Medicine (ACPSEM).
As part of this program, you will undertake training aimed at attaining registration as a Radiation Oncology Medical Physics Specialist.
Your responsibilities will include routine quality assurance and commissioning of linear accelerators and other equipment, treatment plan checking, in-vivo dosimetry, research projects, departmental clinical meetings, radiation safety duties, and fostering a multi-disciplinary culture of clinical service delivery and research.
