Offer description

ADSSI Limited has provided home and community services for over 35 years. Spanning across four locations in the Hunter and the Central Coast, we're a big organisation loaded with career opportunities, ranging from entry-level and traineeships to corporate and executive roles.

Together, our brands (Adssi In-home Support, Beresfield Community Care, Dungog & District Neighbourcare and Maitland Community Care Services) are an award-winning workplace. We deliver in-home aged and disability care services, including household help, personal care, respite, shopping, allied therapies, nursing, transport, social and community access, home modifications and maintenance.

Through our programs and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, we support thousands of Australians to remain living safely and independently in their home and the local community.

About the Role

The Veterans' Home Care (VHC) Program plays a vital role in supporting eligible veterans to maintain their independence and quality of life at home. Through practical assistance, we help ensure Veterans and War Widows continue to live safely and comfortably within their communities.

ADSSI proudly delivers this program through a dedicated team of independent assessors, who conduct assessments over the phone to understand each client's unique needs and recommend appropriate in-home services.

We're currently seeking a Senior Assessor to join our high-performing team in a role that combines strategic oversight, team leadership, and meaningful client impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take the next step in their leadership career, while contributing to the wellbeing of those who've served our country.

This is a full-time fixed-term 6-month contract with a strong potential for ongoing, permanent employment. It's ideal for a motivated, personable, and capable leader who is passionate about supporting veterans and building team capability in a purpose-driven environment
