Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager

A day in the life
Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
About You
A can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong alignment with our brand and organisational values
Adaptable availability (including all school holidays)
Their own reliable form of transport
Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal‑breaker – At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
