About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist in this team, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based services across communication, speech, language, literacy, and swallowing.
You will:
* Conduct comprehensive assessment and intervention for communication and language disorders
* Provide dysphagia assessment and management, including safe swallowing strategies, recommendations, and care planning
* Develop and review individualised therapy plans
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
* Support families, carers, and support networks with guidance and education
* Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress notes
* Participate in regular CPD, clinical meetings, and supervision
* Contribute to a supportive, collaborative workplace culture
Who We're Looking For
* A qualified Speech Pathologist with current or eligible Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
* Competent in dysphagia assessment and management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player who values collaboration, integrity, and person-centred care
