As the Leasing Manager, you will lead the leasing strategy across the office portfolio whilst maximizing occupancy, rental income, and asset value while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders alike.
About the Role
As the Director of Office Leasing, you will take ownership of the leasing function, from strategy development through to deal execution. Working closely with asset managers, property managers, marketing teams, and external agents, you will ensure the office assets remain competitive and highly sought-after.
You will have
* A proven track record in senior office leasing roles, preferably at Director level
* Strong negotiation skills with experience closing high-value leasing transactions
* Deep knowledge of the commercial property market, trends, and tenant requirements
* Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring teams
