What Will You Actually Be Doing?
* Prepping surfaces like a pro—measuring, grinding, repairing, and making floors flawless.
* Mixing and applying state-of-the-art resin products (think of it as modern alchemy).
* Handling floor prep tools and gear—if it has a motor and makes noise, you'll probably use it.
* Taking care of our gear like it's your own—because well-kept tools = great work.
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in:
* Polishing of concrete, Hiperfloor and Superfloor experience would be looked at favourably.
* Epoxy & Polyurethane coatings.
* Applying waterproofing systems.
* Lay granolithic screeds.
* Lay engineered screeds.
* Lay cement decorative overlays.
* Lay in-situ terrazzo screeds (resin and cement base).
* Floor demolition.
* Concrete repairs etc.
Basic requirements for a suitable applicant are:
* 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
* Ability to speak English and to be a good communicator.
* Attention to detail and an ability to always keep a work area tidy.
* Great work ethic, hard worker, and the ability to work un-supervised and to take directions when required.
* Honest and reliable.
* Be able to legally work in Australia.
* White card.
