The Position:
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the sales department by providing administrative assistance with the sales process, from quote drafting to procurement and delivery of goods.
* Accurate and timely data entry;
* Filing and archiving;
* Generating, processing and updating new client jobs & quotes;
* Generating, processing and updating supplier purchase orders;
* Liaising with suppliers and buyers;
* Coordinating delivery and collection of goods with suppliers;
* Addressing supplier and customer non-conformance.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills;
* Able to work independently and as part of a team;
* Intermediate abilities in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as basic formulas.
