About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Chef to join our busy café team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience working as a chef or cook
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or equivalent qualification or 3 years' work experience in lieu of qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
* Assist with menu planning and specials
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
* Follow all food safety regulations
