Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Change Manager at Lonsdale Solutions. You will be working with one of our great clients in the Energy sector helping to establish change management capability within the organisation and applying your expertise across a portfolio of internal projects presently running.
You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape change strategies across major technology and business projects and translate project objectives into clear, actionable change plans that drive adoption and minimise disruption. You'll lead communications, training, and engagement initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences. Additionally you will coach leaders and teams through transition, building capability and confidence across the organisation. and lead assessment of change impacts, readiness, and risks, providing pragmatic recommendations that keep delivery on track.
