About the Role

Techskill Academy is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator – SAS Funding to support the administration and compliance oversight of our government-funded apprenticeship and traineeship programs.

This role sits at the intersection of funding contract management and RTO compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring all state-funded training contracts are administered accurately, evidence requirements are met, and documentation remains audit-ready at all times.

This is a structured, process-driven role suited to someone who understands funding rules deeply and takes pride in precision, governance, and compliance integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Funding Contract Administration

* Administer state-funded apprenticeship and traineeship contracts in line with SAS guidelines
* Conduct eligibility checks in accordance with funding requirements
* Ensure all enrolment documentation meets contract and regulatory standards
* Monitor contract performance and evidence requirements
* Liaise with apprenticeship support providers and government representatives

Compliance & Audit Support

* Maintain audit-ready documentation across all funded programs
* Support audit planning and coordinate required documentation
* Identify compliance risks and escalate where required
* Manage rectifications and corrective action processes

Record Keeping & Reporting

* Maintain accurate, structured digital records
* Ensure CRM data integrity aligned to funding and reporting requirements
* Oversee completion of Employer Resource Assessments and Training Plans
* Ensure all student and employer files meet regulatory standards

Stakeholder Communication

* Provide clear, professional communication to students and employers regarding funding and enrolment requirements
* Follow up on missing documentation to ensure compliance timeframes are met
* Support internal teams with accurate contract and compliance information

Key Requirements

* 3 years' experience working directly with state funding contracts (SAS or equivalent)
* Strong experience within RTO compliance
* Demonstrated experience in audit preparation and execution
* Experience managing rectifications and regulatory responses
* Strong understanding of funding evidence requirements and reporting obligations

You are highly organised, detail-focused, and confident operating within a regulated training environment.

You bring:

* Strong working knowledge of SAS funding systems
* Deep understanding of RTO compliance frameworks
* Experience supporting or leading audits
* Confidence interpreting funding contracts and guidelines
* A structured, accountable approach to administration
