Join us as a Clinical & Business Development Specialist AB in Baulkham Hills, Australia. This strategic role combines clinical expertise, business development, and coaching/mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for hearing care professionals on AB products and technology.
- Provide expert clinical support to hearing care professionals and address clinical issues in collaboration with the APAC support team.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market penetration and drive the growth of AB’s business in Queensland.
- Build relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and attend industry events to stay updated on the latest developments in cochlear implant technology.
- Maintain accurate records of clinical activities and provide regular updates on clinical outcomes, trends, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders and hearing care partners.
Requirements:
- Audiology degree (BS) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical audiology with proficiency in cochlear implant mapping.
- Experience in business development and sales in the medical device industry is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
