Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our admin team. Your prior exposure to the motor industry or a fast-paced accounts environment will be an advantage.
Full‑time or part‑time hours are available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounts payable
o Reconciling Creditors
o Preparing and processing Supplier & ad hoc payments using on line banking
* Accounts receivable
o Banking
o Reconciling and processing factory debtors
o Sending statements and following up with credit control where required
* General Ledger
o General admin as required
* Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
* Previous payroll and/ or registrations experience would be desirable
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk
* Experience in the motor industry highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Titan software and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent time‑management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
