Protech are looking for experienced Quarry Operators to perform work with our client, located in Deer Park on a casual to full time basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Immediate start
* Casual role with full time hours (view to go permanent)
* Day and afternoon/night shifts are available
* $40-$45 per hour + shift penalties + super
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operate mobile plant - Front End Loader/Dump Truck/Excavator will be most advantageous
* Load raw materials into hoppers, crushers, and trucks using excavators/front end loaders
* Perform general yard cleaning and housekeeping duties
* Monitor plant and equipment performance, identifying and addressing issues
* Conduct basic machine maintenance and safety checks
* Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Drivers licence with reliable transport
* 2+ years experience in quarry operation (crushers & stockpiling)
* Exp operating Front End Loader, Dump Truck & Excavator
* Sales and face loading experience highly advantageous
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
